    Don, our initial investor, was instrumental in helping us get Blue Dot off the ground and in realizing our vision. Through the ups and downs, he was a mentor and inspiration to me.

    My wishes to Heather and the family for their strength and comfort through this tough time.

      Sorry to hear this. I never met Don in person, but I "met" him because of Blue Dot and we exchanged some emails and dots. A good guy. Best of thoughts to his family.

    Don, the initial investor in Blue Dot, has passed away today, after fighting cancer for over a year. All the while, he has opened up his life on his blog. Almost 500 posts recount the high and low times of his struggle to beat his cancer.

    He fought so hard, and still found much in life to appreciate.

    We had only spoken a few times, but he impressed me as a very astute and caring man.

    I'll miss you, Don.
