This has been working well so far for syncing my Google Calendar and Contacts with my Windows Mobile phone.
My main beef is that carriage returns don't get converted properly...but that is not a huge deal.

i've used this program before, and yes, it is useful. you can do quite a bit of decent automation with it including refocusing windows, etc...
