There are some ethnic sociological or socio-economic patterns in this distribution. Some portions of our society tend to be more matriarchal than others with a much higher proportion of women-led households and single mothers. I think the coloring would be very different if you broke the map down by either income or education level. In your "target market" <grin> you're probably fine in Seattle.
