one of my favorite sports moments of all time... david beckham scores an unbelievable goal to send england to the 2002 world cup in extra time... he misses that shot, england does not go to the world cup. this goal still sends chills down my spine. beckham wrote a message to his teammates before this game for inspiration and pinned it up each teammate's locker to inspire them... i put the same message up on my locker for every home game in college.
