標準添付のCSVパーサーを使ってみたのだが
体感できるぐらい遅かった。

いろいろ調べたのだが、
どうもこんなときは、FasterCSV を使えば良いらしい。
http://fastercsv.rubyforge.org/
インストールは簡単で、
gem を使うと一発で終わる。
