  • Ryan Boudinot wrote this review for Nerve.com nearly a year ago. Charles Burnes is a local comic book writer telling the story of the "Black Hole." Sexually active northwest teenagers become mutants and escape into the wilderness to be with each other romantically and further explore their mutations.

    Sounds like an interesting concept.

      Didnt he work in Amazon cs for a while? He also writes for Mcsweeney's sometimes, I think.

      read this comic book a bit back - it isn't that great (imho). it's basically teenage angst + mutation. i just don't / can't get into it cause they do absolutely nothing bout this 'mutation' like perhaps go to the hospital? if you want i can lend it to you.
