  • I haven't even seen the Angel spin-off from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but you know what? I'm already totally psyched that it's coming out on DVD. (And Angel is such a total hottie)...

I'm 2/3 of the way through the second season of BTVS. Holy, Holy Fucking Shit! OMFG! This show is so completely egoic: as it ties itself together so perfectly, it never fails to fray and come apart. The unbinding in this show is B.R.U.T.A.L. I plan on watching at least three more seasons before school starts.

i t already came through chicago back in december--and i missed it!!!

      have you started watching?

i am almost done with the second season--so, so sad what's happening with the show at the moment. and yet so, so good.

i haven't yet. thanks for posting the dvd info. i've got to check them out!

i just got through to the fifth episode of season three. you can also get each season separately on dvd. you can also get them through netflix. some people recommended to me that you go to the second season first, since the first season is a little rough going early on. by the half way point of the first season, i was hooked. though you get the show at the point where it hits its stride in the second season, there are certain things that happen in the second season that are much more significant if you've been following the drama throughout the first.

cool. thanks for the tips. i keep hearing so much about this show, i've got to put it at the top of my queue.

awesome. just in case, i may have been vague in my last comment. my suggestion essentially was to start out with the first season and if it hasn't caught your interest after a few episodes, go to the second season and try there.

btw, just finished the third season. i can't tell if i like it better than the second or not. tough call...all i know is that it gets an A for being consistently awesome...

nice! i'll start out with the first, with the understanding that the best is still to come. thanks a lot for the thorough review.
