Wow. Michael Arrington and crew received a cease and desist letter from YouTube's attorneys. I read the YouTube agreement and their letter to Michael and I agree with Michael's interpretation. The letter refers to things which are not in the terms of use on YouTube's site. I hope Michael's attorney agrees as well.

wow. i think its lame he's removing it though. "I’ve sent the letter to my attorney for review, but I am likely to remove the tool to preserve my relationship with the company."
If he honestly believes he did this within the terms of use (which it sounds like he did), he should fight for it IMHO.
