  great analysis, but you omitted one great company: http://www.shipito.com/. I used them recently and they do not charge any monthly or set up fees, you just pay per package, they also consolidate packages for you, and what is amazing is that they let me choose between USPS, FedEx, DHL... all other services did not offer USPS ( it is a lot cheaper) and they also have way cheaper rates than FedEx. you shouls add them to your analysis.
