I upgraded to Firefox 2.0.0.2 and my Firefox window was shaking. Turns out if is a known bug, and a workaround it is to have items on the bookmarks toolbar.

I noticed that on 2.0.0.1.
I probably didn't notice it because I had bookmarks. This time around, I did a clean install of Firefox so there were no bookmarks to begin with.
