    創業者・小久保徳子が知事選に出馬している最中に株式会社ゆびとまの経営の実権を暴力団関係者らに握られたということだった。

    株式会社ゆびとまは、その後2007年2月21日に経営陣を刷新したが、業績悪化で事業継続が困難になり、同年8月29日に株式会社この指とまれへ事業を売却した。事業売却後の株式会社ゆびとまはシステムやパッケージ開発の業務を行うとしていた。
