I think this is the lesser of the two Samsung 24" models (based on what looks like a non-adjutable stand). I used to have the better Samsung 24" model and it was fine, but not as good as the Dell I have now.
I highly recommend the Dell 2408WFP (not the cheaper E248WFP). I have one at home and work.
Slight correction -- I have two 2407WFP-HC monitors. The 2408WFP is a slightly upgraded version. It adds a second DVI input, a DisplayPort input, and an HDMI input. It might also have better contrast, though that's not clear.
