Creating ISO files on Windows has always been a pain in the (fill in body part here). Most tools that convert CDs to ISOs were shareware, but not anymore. This program integrates with Windows Explorer and will let you create ISO with ease. May not work with copy-protected CDs.

This has been working well so far for syncing my Google Calendar and Contacts with my Windows Mobile phone.
My main beef is that carriage returns don't get converted properly...but that is not a huge deal.
