quoted: WASHINGTON February 24, 2008, 04:07 pm ET · Ralph Nader on Sunday announced a fresh bid for the White House, criticizing the top contenders as too close to big business and dismissing the possibility that his third-party candidacy could tip the election to Republicans.
Hopefully this doesn't sway the election.
Quoted: Ralph Nader said Sunday he will run for president as a third-party candidate, criticizing the top White House contenders as too close to big business and pledging to repeat a bid that will "shift the power from the few to the many."

Not a chance this time around. It's interesting that he's not even "decided" if he's running as the Green Party candidate. If he does not, then he's got to get the 5% petitions to get on the ballot as an independent candidate in each state.
Do the Greens still want him?

Ack! If Nader hadn't run, we wouldn't have suffered 8 years of George Bush. Is he secretly being paid by John McCain? If his running shifts any power, it's from the people to the Republican party.

This is horribly disappointing.

secret wars comic book covers. you can't tell me this isn't sweet~ :P
FYI for the comic geeks - notice the lower left hand corner. this was originally shown to show 'first run' comics vs. reprints. the reprints had bar-codes. also if you notice they show the black custome of spiderman (which you later learn is venom).

not gonna happen. i disagree with the assumption that nader was ever a 'spoiler', as pundits love to say. if the dems lose its their own damn fault. i still wont vote for them.
Nader defends well the claim that he "did not cause democrats to loose in 2000." in an interview on BBC. At least I thought they were good points.
