    This article raises some great points: 1.) if your kids find out what's really going into their food, they'll be angry and distrustful; 2.), in an age of chidlhood obesity and diabetes, we shouldn't encourage kids to eat sweet/fatty foods; 3.) it's just a good idea to help your kids develop a taste for different/healthy foods at an early age.

    Quoted: Seinfeld's 'Deceptively Delicious' and Lapine's 'The Sneaky Chef' advocate tricking kids into eating fruits and veggies by pureeing them and oozing them into acknowledged goodies.
