I'm looking forward to checking out Chez Panisse after hearing a lot about their work educating kids in nutrition and how food choices affect the environment.

But you can't skip going to their cafe as well (their actual restaurant is quite $$$) - their food is amazing. I used to work at a farm that supplied some of their produce!
