This is my 4000th Dot.
Quoted: USATODAY relaunched its website yesterday with a parade of new features that will add a significant social layer to the site that wasn’t there before. The website is no longer a simple hose spouting news at readers. It has become a full on social network, integrating user generated content in intelligent and interesting ways.

Yikes, nice. 3,933 here.
Speaks to the addictive nature of it and the ease of use too. Wow.
You show 3,346 dots to me, which you have ~17% private dots. I wonder how that maps to the site as a whole.
looks like i'm fairly close to the average. for january and february, 80% and 81% of our dots were public, respectively.
FYI I just checked and I'm at 75% public, 25% private, though I think a fair number of those are shared with friends. I'm still a ways behind you in dot count, though :)
