Blogs video about Maverick John McCain for President 2008 IN Michigan. Maverick John McCain won MI in the 2000 Primary Campaign for President. Michigan is a purple state...a swing state. Underdog that he is, John McCain should do well here on General Election Day, November 4 2008 and has an excellent chance of winning the 17 Electoral Votes. Despite being the underdog in the 2008 Presidential Race for the White House, he has an excellent chance of being our next President of the United States as does Barack Obama.

really interesting article. drew and i are facing some of the problems detailed in the article in our search for a home. it's hard to know whether it's worth the extra cost to buy in an established neighborhood (i.e. suburbs) or if we should invest in the revitalization of downtown. some of the condos are crazy expensive for being so unpredictable. we would just love to be within walking (or non-driving) distance of a good nightlife.
The condos downtown are expensive, or in the suburbs?
downtown -- even the older, existing ones. there are so many new ones popping up around the comerica park and ford field (the stadium district). it's an amazing area that would be wonderful to live in, but condos cost considerably more than houses -- even houses in the nicer suburbs.
