All I know is that more people here are taking transit or not driving now that gas is higher priced. Makes Rob's commute at least a tad better! So just on that front, I'm all for it ;-)

As a side note...
I am surprised a Democrat is wanting to hurt poor families. What about the immigrant families who are barely getting by. There is no public transportation to many of the places they work. What about how that will change the trucking industry? Crazy!!
