Something about our wiring in the office is making our VOIP line pick up and hang up all incoming calls. I'm trying to trace exactly how the jack is wired.

Fix it! The problem was that we had additional (unused) equipment connected in parallel on this line, which was picking up the phone (and then hanging up).
