    kitchen nightmares is quickly becoming one of my favorite shows. after watching a few episodes i'm shocked at how many restaurants featured in the show has unclean kitchens and old / frozen ingredients.

    you would think at least those things would be a no brainier.

      Love this show. I'm so wary of restaurant kitchens now, even the posh ones.

      You can look up inspection records, seattle for instance:

      doesn't cover every establishment, but some info is better than none :)
