kitchen nightmares is quickly becoming one of my favorite shows. after watching a few episodes i'm shocked at how many restaurants featured in the show has unclean kitchens and old / frozen ingredients.
you would think at least those things would be a no brainier.

Love this show. I'm so wary of restaurant kitchens now, even the posh ones.

The British version is way better, worth digging up.
