WEBサイトの構築終了後に、運用ガイドラインを作ることをお勧めしている。当社が作成を代行する場合は、サイトの大きさ・顧客担当者のスキルレベルにもよるが、１０～３０ページくらいのものを作ることが多い。
担当者がWEBについて熟知していたら、ルールだけを２～３ページにまとめるので十分だと思うが、現実は更新の仕方まで触れることが多いので、ページ数が増える。
それでも、ガイドラインを読んでもらおうとするなら、このくらいのページ数が限度ではなかろうか。
