I wouldn't quite say I grew up on PC Magazine the way I grew up on the Cosby Show or Bon Jovi. Nonetheless, I was a fan of PC Magazine for quite awhile.

Ironically, Bill Machrone, the founding editor of PC Mag, is still around and doing the kind of hands-on work with computers and electronics that I craved from PC Mag and that vanished from its pages.
