LOL I know the feeling, Jeff is knife master as well (of course).
It's crazy. I never thought I'd be self-conscious about my chopping ability. Sigh ... Derek's latest crazy cooking apparatuses include a juicer and a giant food dehydrator known as "The Excalibur" ... I'm not making this up.
