Zach's greatly improved the look of this sample app - and now the Save dialog comes up when you try to create a save (you need to fill in username, password, and email address to create an account).

Here's a sample PageForest application. I just implemented the "app bar" at the top of the page. The Save command does work (though you get wonky input boxes to enter a username and password).
The 1,000 blocks application is basically working too - just needs some UI tweaking.
