After placing my order at a soma online pharmacy at http://www.ordersoma.ca, I went browsing for interesting reads here at faves. chancing upon this one, my appetite was stimulated right away. Although I'm not much of a fish lover, the use of miso as a marinade intrigued me. I ought to try this recipe one of these days and have my hubby taste it first before I dig in teehee.
trying this with catfish.

A really fascinating article from History magazine. Interesting how much of a difference the development of lighting technologies made. It also explains how British and American eating customs ended up being so different... I'd really like to see something on what happened in other countries though (Italy and Spain have some funky customs that demand explanation)
Oh and remember: "Real men don't eat lunch!" ;)
