I know someone who does it and really loves the quality of the produce. But, sometimes it's hard to go through the box with just 1-2 people.
they have an "every other week" option too.
i think that's the option they have. but really, i suspect the issue is they don't know how to cook with stuff like kale and beets (which are fantastic ingredients if you know what you're doing!)
