I should point out that the hybrid (satellite) view is several years old. Strange things happen to the accuracy of the overhead images in areas like Irvine (where Google has an office) where heavy construction (they grow houses, not oranges anymore, there) outdates the map quickly.
I should also point out that it is best to use an accurate street address. Google maps has boners of errors when one types in a place name
