just dotting for the great leno reference...
Quoted: How does a team know it's having a rough year? When its season erupts into a Jay Leno monologue. And friends, that has now happened to those poor Detroit Tigers.
"The Detroit Tigers lost again over the weekend," Leno said Monday. "They're now 2-10 and in last place. The good news, if you're a season-ticket holder and you haven't filed your taxes yet, you can now write them off as a total loss."

Soriano is just having a phenominal year all around...one more SB to reach the 40/40 club...and if he gets 5 more homers, first player ever with 50 homers and 40 stolen bases...i wouldn't mind him doing that for my fantasy bball team too ;o)
Quoted: Bill Ladson, of Washington.Nationals.MLB.com, reports Washington Nationals LF Alfonso Soriano joined an elite club when he recorded his 20th assist of the season. Soriano joins Jesse Barfield, Willie Mays, Joe DiMaggio, Chuck Klein, Mel Ott and Babe Ruth as the only outfielders to record a 40 home run, 20 outfield-assist season.
