      Looking at the map, it would seem that income is pretty strongly correlated, as would be expected. Healthy food costs more, if it's even available.

      I've noticed quite a difference in taste/quality level of produce at Fred Meyers/QFC and produce from PCC or the Farmer's Market. So perhaps even what poorer communities have available in the way of healthy foods aren't that enjoyable to eat.
