- I am a Native New Jersey guy (Bergen County) who went to school in Boston and caught the Real Estate "bug" while I was going college. In my short time on the planet, I packed away 10 years of experience in the real estate industry (from being a tenant, agent, landlord, property manager, and commercial real estate lender) .... so I put it all on the table and created the NJ Apartment MLS- GardenStateApartmets.com. And I must have done something right, because we are now getting over 3.5 Million hits a month and we are the fastest growing apartment rental network in NJ! My life has been one hell of a journey... and along the way, I got my MBA from Rutgers, ran with the bulls in Pamplona Spain, got married to an amazing woman in Kenya, and even had my own radio show for a while... Now I have my sights on expanding the business to help more people, adopting a dog (a boxer), and traveling a little before I expand my family.
