      also could be called "the top ten signs your country may be a country" not a loosely knit bunch of ethnic groups occupying the same place they have occupied for millenniums. all powerful counties abuse their power.

      Well, I think you could make the case that all powerful countries are fascist, but harder to convince me that fascism is necassary or positive.
