Amazon.com: The Inmates Are Running the Asylum: Why High Tech Products Drive Us Crazy and How to Restore the Sanity (2nd Edition): Books: Alan Cooper

I'm reading this book for school. Its amazingly good. If you design software... read it. It describes some incredibly simple methods that seem to be pretty powerful.

    Mini Melts

This is one of the advertisements that got linked off of bd. Its actually kind of interesting. I don't think I'd ever do this though...

Quoted: With our Special Event Program you can sell Mini Melts at Cheerleading Competitions, Swim Meets, Dance Competitions, Fairs and Festivals.

    Business 2.0: The best-kept secrets - Mar. 23, 2006

Maybe some helpful tips for the BD team.

Quoted: (Business 2.0 Magazine) – Not even the most successful companies in the world are managed by the book. Great management formulas aren't handed down on stone tablets, or found in the writings or speeches of gurus and consultants. They emerge from years of experimentation, trial and error, regime change, reorganizations, crises, and employee suggestions.

Amazon.com: Naked Conversations: How Blogs are Changing the Way Businesses Talk with Customers

This book is truely amazing... and the reason is because I'm quoted in it. Thats right, on page 164 the words "Adam Phillabaum... told us" appear. How sweet is that?

Other than that fact... this book is of minor interest to people who read this page. Basically it says: "If you have a company... find the most personable, passionate and smart person/people, and have them blog for you." There are some finer points to it... but thats the jist.
