Clinton Rejects Latest Michigan Delegate Plan - Yahoo! News

So please don't believe the spin when the Clinton campaign cries about Michigan. Keep in mind the actual results Clinton is holding out for (55% Clinton-45% uncommitted) with the specific districts factored in would give her a 73-55 delegate split. So all of this over an 8 delegate swing.

I am pretty sure Obama's campaign is going to force this compromise purely out of spite at this point, because the 18 delegates don't matter at this point.

Quoted: Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Rodham Clinton on Thursday rejected a compromise plan to seat Michigan's delegates to the national convention that would give 69 delegates to Clinton and 59 to Barack Obama.

The McCain Girls Face the Music - Political Machine

The truth finally surfaces and my suspicions are confirmed. Its too bad, I wanted to see the third act.

Quoted: The McCain Girls, whose videos exposed several hidden truths--including the fact that "McCain" rhymes with "Rain"--have come clean: It was all a joke. In other words, they meant to do that. According to The New York Times, the humor web site 23/6 (the same folks who brought us the butt-kickin' Swift Kids for Truth) hired Jon Benjamin to produce both McCain Girls videos--"Raining McCain" & "Here Comes McCain Again"--in order to make fun of the campaign song phenomenon.

Clinton lent $5 million to her campaign before Super Tuesday - CNN.com

Meanwhile, Barack Obama reportedly picked nearly $3 million in donations over the last 24 hours, putting him on pace to raise another $30 million in the month of February.

Not only that but financial analysts say that thus far Obama has received the max donation of $2,300 from just 3% of his voters, and that more than half of his donations have come in sums of $200 or less. More than half of Clinton's donors have contributed their $2,300, and just 14% of her donations have come in sums of $200 or less.

Quoted: Sen. Hillary Clinton dipped into her own finances ahead of this week's Super Tuesday contests, lending her Democratic presidential campaign $5 million in late January, she disclosed Wednesday. In another development, some senior members of Clinton's campaign staff have agreed to go without pay for a month, CNN has confirmed.
