ProccessingはJava likeな(というかJavaを使っている？)開発環境。手軽にプロトタイプを作る事やプログラミングを学ぶために最適。そのため、最初から便利に使える関数が豊富にそろっている。特にグラフィックに関しては激しく3DのCGなんか楽勝っぽい。書いた物をJavaのAppletに変換できるのでWEBで公開されるアートなプログラム等にもイイっぽい。
