Coop bicycle repair shop. For a one time $35 fee, you can come in anytime during normal business hours and use their tools to work on your bike. They also have discounted classes for learning how to repair your bikes; (basic maintenance, Bearing Maintenance, and Wheel building).
But you can't clean your bike there if you come back from a muddy trail ride :(

This is a great place on the north side of capital hill. It is a 50 acre park with a long winding bike path and hiking trails. Highly recommend checking it out.

Went mountain biking with cormier this weekend in the capital forest outside of olympia, wa. It was a really great place, with tons of single track (and horse poop). I would recommend going a little bit later in the summer when it isn't quite as wet.
There is probably 40+ miles of trails out here.
