OPINION - When Obama visited Cairo, he sent a clear message by not visiting Israel and in his speech uttered words that pose a grave danger to Jews everywhere. The immediate danger posed by Obama’s speech is in its incredible re-writing of the history of Jews, Christians and Muslims from Medieval times to the present. “For centuries, black people in America suffered the lash of the whip as slaves and the humiliation of segregation,” Obama told his audience, citing a litany of American shortcomings. He failed to mention that Arab Muslims were the greatest slave traders in the history of humanity. Isn’t it odd an American president would go to a foreign country and slander his own country and its long-time ally? He added, “And throughout history, Islam has demonstrated through words and deeds the possibilities of religious tolerance and racial equality.” Does he not know that a Jew or Christian would be beheaded in Saudi Arabia for practicing their religion today, now, this minute? He proudly told his audience that in every state of the union and throughout the U.S. there exist more than 1,200 mosques. But why, Mr. President, is there no Christian Church or Jewish synagogue operating within the borders of Saudi Arabia? Not even one. - NEWSMAX.com

Sheikh Tayseer al-Timimi said Muslims should travel to Jerusalem and perform pilgrimage to Muslim holy places in the disputed city, backtracking on an earlier edict. "I withdraw my fatwa (edict) and now ask all Muslims and (Arab) Christians to creep into Jerusalem for a visit, satisfaction and shopping," al-Timimi said. The cleric's call comes amid reports that the United States is urging Arab nations to take some steps to normalize relations with Israel as incentives for the Jewish state to revive the peace process with Palestinians. - JERUSALEM POST.com

OPINION - In the last 20-30 years America did not just respect Muslims, it bled for Muslims. We Americans engaged in five military campaigns on behalf of Muslims, each one resulting in the liberation of a Muslim people. While I recognize that gratitude is the rarest positive human quality, I need to say – because candor is the highest form respect – that America has not only not received little gratitude from the Muslim world, it has been the object of hatred, mass murder and economic attack from Muslim individuals, groups and countries. - WORLD NET DAILY
