I usually get paper bags because we re-use them more often, but it seems like a canvas bag might be the way to go. It's not a problem at bag-free Costco, where most of my grocery dollar is spent.

When I need to set persistent environment variables in Windows, I tend to want to gouge my eyes out ... right click "my computer", "properties", "advanced", "environment variables", ... and have you tried editing $PATH in that tiny edit box?!
Fortunately, I just discovered a utility called "setx.exe" which can do this from a command line (ahhhhh). You can also edit HKCU\Environment directly, if you don't feel like jumping through these ridiculous validation hoops. Yes, it's rather sad that manually editing the registry is easier than using a tool designed for editing environment variables.
