    Diacetyl in butter, even reasonably high quality stuff. Crazy.

    Quoted: A study commissioned for the P-I showed that levels of diacetyl released from many butter-substitute products may pose a significant risk to professional cooks who stand over hot grills for hours and use large amounts of the products.
