Not a bad idea ... I'm about 60% of the way through Game of Shadows, and with the information there plus the brewing Grimsley scandal, it's very likely that something like this will be necessary to keep baseball alive (it'll never happen though).Quoted:

Seems like a good deal overall. I'm somewhat concerned though, as some steroids linger in one's system for a long enough period of time that a player could fail three times for a single offense. Hopefully their testing methods take that into account.
