I have not met a businessman yet who thinks either TARP or the Stimulus plan will do anything other than get money to the unworthy and probably cause inflation.
Both plans are obviously politician pork. For another viewpoint, please read this (but prepare for a headache!).

None of the other "free" ones turned out to be free. I used this on my laptop and it improved it significantly, although not as much as a total reformat (but this is a lot easier than formatting the HD).
I didn't see any other ones recommended on Blue Dot so this will have to suffice for all the other Blue Dotters out there (no apologies to those who think "faves" is an improvement!)
