If you don't already have a cast iron skillet in your kitchen. The are very inexpensive and last forever. The more you use them the more "non stick" they become. Also the cast iron can heat to extreme temperatures making them a great choice to sear food. For the same price as some cheap pan from wallmart you could get yourself a nice cast iron skillet.
