If you've never gotten into the Tom Waits thing or "don't understand him," I recommend at least taking a listen to this live performance posted on NPR. He plays a mind-numbingly virtuosic set. He plays unique, passionate music with theatricality and humor. It's an alluring aural cocktail.

Apparently Jeff announced that Amazon will be launching Pay-Per-View streaming service next week. I wonder what that entails and if it will work as well as my Tivo 3/Unbox connection right now? Will I also be able to access music subscriptions?

Yeah, no doubt. I put on my headphones at work today and just started listening to these on Rhapsody. For the most part, I think they're all really good.
i agree...tho i do believe The Con, from Tegan & Sara, deserves to be higher...amazing album
