Awesome. I recognize problem #1 and #3. It's not about addressable markets. I still think that is BS and fails more often than it works. It's about building something useful for someone you know.

Lifehacker has reviewed mynewcompany, a site where I can apparently get registered in 8-10 minutes.

Google has a new offering further driving a wedge into the Microsoft enterprise market. Blue Dot got a bit hooked up on the Microsoft front by having some of our emplyees as alumnus from there. Microsoft has some reasonably priced software for alums starting their own businesses (which is a great idea, btw).
The problem is once you outstrip those first ten licenses on all the products, things start to get more pricey. I just downloaded OpenOffice for my new Mac and I have to say, I really like it so far, and it's FREE! If we were starting over from scratch, I wonder if we'd make all the same software decisions that we have so far? Between Open Office and all the freebie Google apps that have come out, I think startups are getting cheaper by the minute!
