If you want proof that Amazon web services are providing real value to real customers, look no further than the comment thread of this post from Tim O'Reilly. Tim has requested that people write in with their actual numbers from using the services. So far, only glowing reviews. Now that's good PR!

Interesting post on tagging at LibraryThing (a great piece of library software) versus tagging at Amazon.com. They include this cool quote from Joshua Schachter (founder of del.icio.us) on a key difference between the two:

This looks like a great study resource for looking at, and annotating, historical documents.

Yikes, if you look at this list of traffic on web2.0 sites, our change from blue.us looks pretty bad (as in, we've cratered off of the map)... Seth's rating of Blue.Us shows us at an Alexa ranking of 250k. Our current rankng is 38k. I'm going to contact him and let him know that our URL changed.
