This judge should be disbarred and forced to pay the cost of the Chung defense team. If there is such a thing as spurious law suits, this is it.

As you may or may not know, Cisco is suing Apple for infringment upon the iPhone trademark. This blog post by Cisco PR strikes a delicate tone on the issue. I think it was really well done - clear, open, and most likely honest. It is unfortunate that Apple apparently decided to "ask forgiveness later" on this issue.

It'll be interesting to see if there is any open dialog between the two companies on this in the coming weeks or if it is purely in the hands of the lawyers from here on out.

Wow. Michael Arrington and crew received a cease and desist letter from YouTube's attorneys. I read the YouTube agreement and their letter to Michael and I agree with Michael's interpretation. The letter refers to things which are not in the terms of use on YouTube's site. I hope Michael's attorney agrees as well.
