Even though I love it, I always feel like I'm using only a small percentage of its capabilities. This link is to a page with many video tutorials. I should be wizard at this in no time!

I've been trying to get video on my blackberry pearl and experiencing mixed success since I cannot use the Blackberry Media Manager (Windows only - blech!). Sometimes nothing works (like if I use a big H.264 file) and sometimes the sound works (probably too high of a res for m4v on the phone).
Looks like I have to run a special encoding step to get things to work. Not a huge deal but kinda crappy. I hope somebody creates a friendlier app one of these days.
Update: The automated workflow works like a champ. Highly recommended! I might have to monkey with the settings in the script so that I can run it out of a dedicated directory. It comes configured to run off your desktop which means that the encoder always sits there. I like a clean desktop...

This is apparently Mac OS X only but it seems pretty cool for anyone with a video iPod. $15 gets you this software which will convert and allow you to get on your iPod.
