Braincast sounds like an interesting service. You hook up a speed dial on your phone to call when you want to leave yourself notes. It emails you at the account of your choosing with a .wav file and it's free. Might be useful for organizing things while away from your computer. It'll be there when you need to update your computer, etc.

There is LOTS of interesting bits in this new product.
Scrybe is a new personal organizer suite launching tis month that looks pretty amazing. The biggest feature (IMO) is that you can work with your data offline and it syncs with everything the next time your computer goes online.
The video demo shows an interesting way that they do web-clippings, flexible calendaring and to-do lists. Another interesting advance is that they sync with paper by giving you attractive print-outs to carry your schedule and info with you.

This is a very excellent post by a gent I used to work with at Amazon. We both started in the same training class in 1998 and he was one of the original folks to leave as part of the robot co-op and build 43 things. If anyone should know about reaching goals, it's Erik (ahem, I mean Buster). I own a novel he wrote and he's part of numerous websites about town.

This is quite a good article about a very successful personal productivity guru named David Allen (the guy who came up with GTD).
Quoted: David Allen, one of the world's most influential thinkers on personal productivity, offers his unique advice on how to keep up the pace -- without wearing yourself down.
