As you may or may not know, Cisco is suing Apple for infringment upon the iPhone trademark. This blog post by Cisco PR strikes a delicate tone on the issue. I think it was really well done - clear, open, and most likely honest. It is unfortunate that Apple apparently decided to "ask forgiveness later" on this issue.
It'll be interesting to see if there is any open dialog between the two companies on this in the coming weeks or if it is purely in the hands of the lawyers from here on out.

Apple would get access to a ton of content it wants to serve on its media platform as well as real leverage into one of the largest corporations on the planet. Both companies are masterful marketers...

The story on The Postal Service vs. Apple.
Quoted: Apple's new Intel-based Macs are shipping, and with it, the company has started a new television promotional campaign to advertise the systems. The ad has caught the attention of indie rockers The Postal Service for their similarity to the band's video for its song Such Great Heights, which, ironically, is available for sale from the iTunes Music Store.
