I'm actually a bit surprised to find the conservative "Economist" coming down on the side of Barack Obama and his plans for the economy.

    Horrible. Frightening. Funny. Barack Obama-sistible!

Barack Obama gave a great speech at the Jefferson Jackson Dinner yesterday in Iowa. In it, he gracefully snipes at his competitors without ever naming them, and gets the crowd riled up. I hope we see more of this Barack, because this one's a contender, and much more inspiring, personable, and conscience-driven than Hillary Clinton.

I wasn't aware that Obama has frozen out Fox News for reporting on him inaccurately and in a scurrilous manner. I think that's great.

Calling Fox's echo-chamber "news" is horribly inappropriate.

There is also a video on this page showing Barack's coverage on Fox to date.

Barack Obama meeting with the "New Yorker."

Quoted: The softspoken Obama, who during an appearance on Meet The Press yesterday admitted he would consider a run for the White House, openly criticized the Bush administration in front of 500 or so magazine executives during a wide-ranging, 45-minute discussion, occasionally with Remnick's prodding. "This is the most ideologically driven administration in my memory, so obstinate in resisting facts, dissenting opinions ... [They entered the White House] with a set of preconcieved notions." Obama said. "I think this administration has done great damage to this country."
